Ashtanga yoga is often seen as a strong and demanding practice. Many people feel that it requires too much strength or flexibility — and therefore leave it behind. Yet the path of Ashtanga can also be deeply healing and integrative. When we understand how to practice, an entirely different depth begins to reveal itself.
In this workshop we dive into what truly makes a yoga practice come alive: the flow of breath and prana. When the breath moves freely, the asanas begin to feel different — not like effort, but like natural movement. When the breath is free, the body begins to reorganize itself — the spine lengthens, the chest softens, and movement becomes natural. The mind grows still. The practice is no longer something we try to do, but something deeply felt.
My teaching is attentive and precise. Each asana is explored through smaller dynamic phases, helping you notice what actually happens within the movement — and where the breath loses its freedom. The transitional phases, often barely noticed, can reveal themselves as keys to a deeper connection. When the breath is allowed to flow freely, the practice becomes a continuous stream — even a state of flow where thinking is no longer needed.

This group is for practitioners who already have experience with Ashtanga yoga.
In this workshop we deepen our understanding of what truly makes the practice come alive: the experience of the breath and the flow of prana. Many people practice yoga for years without noticing where the breath or energy becomes restricted — and how this affects the entire quality of the practice.
During the course we will explore how asanas become more comfortable when the prana flows freely and how the transitions themselves become a meaningful and unifying part of the practice.
We will also include body-reading exercises that help you recognize areas of restriction in your own body and receive guidance in releasing them. As breath and movement become more fluid, the practice begins to reveal something deeper: awareness of prana, the freeing of breath and energy, and the quiet joy that naturally follows.
This group is for you if you have never practiced yoga before or have only tried it a few times.
In the workshop we begin with simple asanas that help you feel how breath and body work together in harmony. The goal is not to learn as many postures as possible, but to experience how even a single movement, practiced with awareness of breath and prana, can open the whole body and allow the mind to become attentive and clear.
I teach the asanas in smaller phases so that you can notice what happens in each moment of the movement. When you learn to breathe consciously with the movement, yoga begins to support you also in everyday life — bringing clarity, strength and inner calm.
You do not need to be flexible, fit or experienced. Curiosity is enough. All you need is the willingness to explore what Ashtanga yoga can offer at its best: a deeper connection between breath, body and energy — the ground from which healing can arise.
